1. Privacy Policy
HappilionOS does not log user keystrokes, process histories, file details, or customization templates onto central servers. All telemetry is completely disabled. Workspace configuration data, biometric identities, and offline intelligence variables are stored exclusively on local target disks in encrypted partition slices.
2. Terms of Service
HappilionOS software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Redistributions of compiler binaries, driver code packages, or workspace templates must comply with signature requirements and platform capability authorizations.
3. Trademark Boundaries
Happilion is the trademarked brand name of the company, and HappilionOS is the trademarked product name of our operating system. To preserve platform flexibility and allow third-party system builders to white-label layouts, the low-level Platform ABI, Kernel interfaces, and Driver SDK structures remain brand-independent and do not use trademarked product names in their namespace profiles.
4. Open Source Notices
HappilionOS contains components licensed under standard open-source parameters (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD-3). Detailed list of copyrights and compilation credits are bundled inside the system documentation library.
